How to cancel
You can cancel automatic renewal of your subscription at any time.
If you cancel, you’ll still have full protection until the end of the paid period. After this date, your subscription will end and you won’t be charged for any further periods.

Frequently Asked Questions
When does my licence expire if I activate the second copy of the application one month after the first activation?
Both licences expire at the same time. Also, even if you don’t activate the other copy of the app, the licence for both devices starts on the date of the first activation. For more information, visit this page on our technical support site.
Can I use it for two years on a single PC?
This isn’t possible. If you try to activate the already installed app with an active licence using the same code, the following error will appear: “The licence is already in use on your device.” Also, if you try to activate expired software with the same licence, the user will see the following message: “The licence has expired.”
